Social Media Automation

Social Media Automation.

Two tools, one or both depending on what you need: a Video Editor for your raw videos, and Social Autopilot for the posting. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.

In short
  • Social media automation with two tools, one or both depending on your need.
  • Video Editor: your raw videos subtitled, dressed and formatted for the phone, safe zones and best practices built in.
  • Social Autopilot: posted on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, with a caption written per post and per platform.
  • Built once, in your accounts, instead of an editor paid every month. Part of our AI workflow automation.
How it is sold: a setup project per tool, then a monthly plan: the tools run every week and need watching.
The problem

Look at your week.

Social media is the first thing to slip when the team gets busy. A video shot on Monday, still on the phone on Friday. A week of posts, then a month of silence. And when it does get done, someone is paid per video and per week to do it.

Stuck

The video that never gets cut

Silences to cut, subtitles, one format per platform, a cover: five small steps nobody has time for, so the video stays on the phone and nothing goes out.

Bursts

Posting in bursts, then silence

Four apps, four caption boxes, four best hours. Posting by hand collapses the moment things get busy, and the platforms punish the gaps.

Paid

The editor paid every month

A freelance editor bills every video, every month, and the delay between the shoot and the post follows their calendar, not yours. The cost never goes down and the pace never goes up.

The two tools

One tool, or both, depending on what you need.

Two automations we run on our own videos every week, set up in your accounts. Some clients need the editing, some need the posting, most end up with both, because the videos flow from one into the other. Each one is built once and runs on every video after that.

Tool 01

Video Editor

Your raw take, edited the way we edit our own reels.

You shoot on a phone or in a studio and drop the raw take in a folder, with the script next to it. The tool does what an editor would bill you for, the way we do it for our own videos: the subtitles in the band the apps never cover, the inserts that build up next to you, the sound dressed for a phone speaker, the vertical master exported with its cover and checked before it goes anywhere.

  • Subtitles from your script. Timed on the audio, the words taken from the script so nothing is misheard. One size for the whole video, inside the safe band.
  • Inserts that build up. Cards, mockups, screenshots and numbers appear piece by piece next to you, never over you, inside the safe zone of every phone.
  • Sound dressed for a phone. Your voice cleaned and shaped, a music bed picked by measurement, sound effects where they help, mastered at the loudness the platforms expect.
  • Master, cover and check. The 9:16 master under 60 seconds with its cover, checked for duration and safe zones before it reaches the queue.
You: the shoot and the final look. The tool: everything between the two.

Tool 02

Social Autopilot

One sheet, one row per video. Mark it ready, it posts.

The machine that publishes our own reels. Your calendar is a sheet: one row per video with the day, the file and a caption written for each platform. Mark the row ready and, at 18:00, the reel goes out on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and TikTok. The next day at noon the Story follows on Instagram and Facebook. The status comes back in the row, and a failed leg pings us, not you.

  • The calendar is a sheet. One row per video: the day, the file, the caption per platform, a ready box. Filled weeks ahead from your pillars, by you or with us.
  • A caption per platform. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok each get their own text and hashtags, written once in the row, never the same text pasted four times.
  • Posted at 18:00, four platforms. The Reel on Instagram, the Facebook Page, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok through its official API, where the video lands as a draft and one tap in the app publishes it.
  • The Story the next day. At noon, yesterday's reel goes out as a Story on Instagram and Facebook. The row records what went out where, an error log keeps the rest.
You: the videos and the ready box. The tool: the posting, the Story, the log.

What you receive

One tool, or both, in your own accounts.

The Video Editor

The tool that subtitles, dresses and formats your raw videos for the phone, safe zones and best practices built in, the way we edit our own reels. Built once, yours.

Social Autopilot

The posting machine on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok: one sheet, a caption per platform, the reel at 18:00, the Story the next day.

The ready box

Nothing goes out without it. One sheet, one row per video, and the box you tick when the reel and its captions are good.

The monitoring

The row records what went out where, an error log keeps the rest, and a failed leg pings us, not you.

Why it pays over time.

A person is paid per video and per week, forever. A tool is built once.

An editor bills every video

The price never goes down, and the pace is theirs. The Video Editor is built once and runs on every video after that, the same day it is shot.

A posting job eats every week

Hours a week writing captions and posting on four apps. Social Autopilot does it from one approved queue, at the right hour on each platform.

The pace goes up, not the bill

Ten videos a month or forty, the tools run the same way. The only limit is what you shoot.

You keep the control

Nothing is posted without your tap, the strategy stays yours, and the tools live in your accounts, not ours.

Process

How we work.

  1. 1

    Understand

What you shoot and post today, where, how often, and which of the two tools you need first.

  2. 2

    Choose

The Video Editor, Social Autopilot or both. The platforms, the cadence, what stays human, written down.

  3. 3

    Build

The tools in your accounts, the same ones that edit and publish our own reels, tested on your videos before they run.

  4. 4

    Run

We run them after launch. A failed post pings us, not you.

Fit

Who this is for.

  • Businesses that shoot on a phone and never find the time to cut and post
  • Brands paying an editor per video and a person per week to post
  • Anyone whose Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok goes silent the moment the month gets busy

FAQ

Social Media Automation, answered.

Straight answers on what is included, timing, and how we work.

The editing pipeline we built for our own reels, set up for your videos. It takes the raw take and the script, places the subtitles at one size in the band the apps never cover, builds the inserts next to you, dresses the sound for a phone speaker, and exports the vertical master with its cover, checked for duration and safe zones. You shoot, it edits, you approve the final look.

The posting tool, the same one that publishes our own reels. Your calendar is a sheet, one row per video with the day, the file and a caption written for each platform. Mark the row ready and at 18:00 the reel goes out on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and TikTok, then the Story the next day on Instagram and Facebook. The status comes back in the row.

No. Some clients shoot well and post by hand, they need the Video Editor. Some have an editor and hate the posting, they need Social Autopilot. Most end up with both, because the videos flow from one into the other. We tell you which one to start with after looking at what you shoot and post today.

An editor is paid per video, every month, and the price never goes down. The tools are built once, in your accounts, and run on every video after that. Ten videos a month or forty, the cost of running them stays the same, so the more you shoot, the more it pays.

Shooting the videos, the final look, and the ready box. Nothing is posted without it, and the calendar is yours to keep, move or drop.

Yes, but on a different page: the plan, the writing and the automated publishing of articles are the work of SEO Content Strategy. This page is the video and the social posting.

It depends on which tool you need, the platforms and the volume. A setup project per tool comes first, then a monthly plan because the tools run every week and need watching. We scope it on a 20-minute call.

Social media automation

Post every week, without the editor's bill.

We look at what you shoot and post today, tell you which of the two tools you need first, build it in your accounts, and hand you the approval queue.
