Who we are
L’Atelier Growth is a digital growth agency based in Lebanon. We build growth infrastructure, run paid media, and automate operations for businesses in Lebanon and abroad. This website, lateliergrowth.com, is operated by L’Atelier Growth, which is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about it, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to hello@lateliergrowth.com.
What data we collect
When you visit this website or interact with us, we may collect the following:
Information you provide directly. Through our contact form, our booking page, our qualification funnels and our Flash Audit tool, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website or social media URL, business type, growth stage, the answers you give to our qualification questions, and the objectives or challenges you describe. Only the fields marked as required are necessary; the rest are optional.
Technical data attached to a submission. When you submit a form, we record the IP address the request came from, together with the page you submitted from, the referring URL and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). We use this to know where a request came from and to block automated abuse of our forms.
Analytics data. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, approximate geographic location, and interaction patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Cookies and tracking technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to improve site performance. We also use advertising tags (Google Ads, Meta) to measure the performance of our own campaigns; these may set cookies used for ad measurement. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your business, improve website performance and content, and measure the effectiveness of our digital presence. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Flash Audit
Flash Audit is a free tool on this site that analyses a website you submit and returns a score. To run it we process the URL you enter, along with the contact details you provide and the IP address of the request. The generated report is stored so we can show it to you and, where you asked for it, send it as a PDF.
Submitting a website through Flash Audit means we may contact you about the result. We do not sell audit results, and we do not run audits on your behalf against sites you have not submitted yourself.
Third-party services
We use third-party providers that process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. The ones in use on this site are:
- Vercel. hosting, delivery and traffic analytics for this website
- Google. Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads measurement, plus Workspace, Sheets and Drive where submissions are stored and processed
- Meta. advertising measurement for our own campaigns
- Calendly. the booking calendar embedded on our booking page
- Upstash. temporary storage used for rate limiting and for holding a Flash Audit result
- n8n. our own self-hosted automation server, which routes form submissions and notifications
Advertising and analytics tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager, so this list can change. We keep it current on this page.
Google and YouTube API Services
We operate an internal publishing tool, Social Autopilot, that uploads our own videos, both Shorts and standard long-form, to the YouTube channel it has been authorized to publish to. It uses the YouTube Data API and requests a single upload permission. It reads no viewer data, no analytics, and no personal data belonging to third parties.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The authorization token is used only to publish videos on a schedule we control. It is never sold, never transferred, and never used for advertising or profiling.
By using the tool you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. More about the tool itself: Social Autopilot.
Data retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, and keep a record of the commercial relationship. Flash Audit results are held in temporary storage for a short period and then expire automatically; the summary row stays in our records with the rest of the submission. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the respective platforms.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
Why we are allowed to process it
When you submit a form, we process your data because you asked us to get in touch, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering, qualifying and following up on a business enquiry. Where a law applicable to you requires consent for analytics or advertising cookies, that consent is the basis for those, and you can withdraw it at any time through your browser settings.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
Where your data is processed
We are based in Lebanon, and the providers listed above operate servers outside Lebanon, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Submitting a form means your data is transferred to and processed in those countries.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, our forms are rate limited, and access to the tools where submissions are stored is restricted to the people at L’Atelier Growth who need it. We never ask for payment card details through this website, and we never ask for a password or an access token by email. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your data has been exposed, tell us at hello@lateliergrowth.com and we will investigate.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and contact
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for any processing that relies on consent. For any questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, reach out through our contact page.
