Reporting & Data Automation

Reporting & Data Automation.

How do you see your numbers without assembling them by hand? They arrive on Monday, and they warn you when something moves.

5.0 across 40+ Google reviews
In short
  • Reporting and data automation: the Monday summary, the ad accounts brief, the alerts, the monthly close, the live dashboard.
  • Five example workflows fed by your tools, on clean tracking. We map yours.
  • What you receive, how we work, and what stays human. Part of our AI workflow automation.
How it is sold: a setup project, then an optional monthly plan to keep the sources connected and add reports.
The problem

Look at your week.

The numbers live in five tools that do not talk. Monday morning someone logs into each one, copies figures into a sheet, and the report is late and already old. A bad week shows up in the monthly review, long after it cost money.

Scattered

Five tools, one spreadsheet, every Monday

Ad platforms, the store, the bank, the CRM, the accounting. Every report means five logins and an hour of copying, by the person who should be reading it.

Late

A report that is old before it is read

Built by hand on Monday, it reflects last week. Decisions get made on stale numbers because nobody has a live view.

Blind

The problem spotted too late

A cost that runs away, a product out of stock, a sales dip. Without an alert, it shows up at the end of the month.

What we automate

Example workflows, step by step.

These are examples, not a catalogue. We map the workflows of your business, then build the ones that pay first. Each one starts with something that happens in your business and ends with something done. Hover a step to read what happens in it.

The Monday summary

Tap a step to read it
  1. Every Monday at 08:00
  2. Your week in five lines
Stays human: the decision.

The ad accounts brief

Tap a step to read it
  1. Every Monday, 08:30
  2. The brief, before the meeting
Stays human: the budget move.

A cost runs away

Tap a step to read it
  1. Cost per lead above your line
  2. You hear it the same day
Stays human: the fix.

The month closes itself

Tap a step to read it
  1. The first of the month
  2. Month closed, no spreadsheet
Stays human: reading it.

A dashboard that stays live

Tap a step to read it
  1. Your tools, connected once
  2. No export, ever
Stays human: nothing here.
What you receive

Four things, in your own accounts.

The list of numbers that matter

Ten numbers, not a hundred. Agreed with you, defined once, computed the same way every week.

The sources, connected

Your store, ad accounts, CRM, bank export and accounting wired into one clean flow. No manual export left.

The summary, the dashboard, the alerts

Delivered where you read: WhatsApp, email, or a dashboard in Data Studio or your tool of choice.

The monitoring

A source that stops sending pings us, not you. The report never arrives with a hole in it.

Process

How we work.

  1. 1

    Understand

The numbers you actually decide on, and where each one lives today.

  2. 2

    Choose

The summary first, then the alerts, then the dashboard. Clean tracking is the prerequisite.

  3. 3

    Build

Every source connected, every number defined once, the summary tested against your own count.

  4. 4

    Run

We run it after launch. A broken source pings us, not you.

Fit

Who this is for.

  • Owners who want one Monday message instead of five dashboards
  • Teams assembling reports by hand from tools that do not talk
  • Businesses that find out about problems days after they happen

FAQ

Reporting & Data Automation, answered.

Straight answers on what is included, timing, and how we work.

One message on WhatsApp or email: the numbers you decide on, compared with last week and last year, and five lines on what moved and why. Then the ad accounts brief if you run ads, and the alerts during the week when a number crosses a line.

Yes. A report built on broken data is worse than no report. If GA4, the store events or the ad tags are not clean, we fix them first through Tracking & Analytics, then connect the sources.

Your store, your ad accounts, your CRM, your bank export, your accounting and your sheets. Anything with an export or an API. If a source has neither, we say so and find the closest workaround.

It pings us, not you. A source that stops sending raises an alert before Monday, so the summary never arrives with a hole in it.

It depends on the number of sources and reports. A setup project comes first, scoped after we agree the ten numbers that matter, then an optional monthly plan to keep the sources connected. No prices on the site.

Reporting automation

Stop building reports. Start reading them.

We agree the ten numbers that matter, connect your sources, and send the first summary next Monday.
